FEARS: Being alone for life, failing at photography.

WEAKNESSES: Her disorganization, clumsiness.

SPECIFIC MORALS: Has to have actually said ‘I love you’ before sex, doesn’t get drunk, doesn’t do drugs.
SIGNIFIGANT TRAITS: Spends a lot of money, very into her appearance but not quite narcissistic.
PERSONALITY OVERVIEW: Emily isn’t overly shy or overly outgoing, situated right in the middle. She does go to the occasional party but since college ones tend to involve drinking and drugs, she doesn’t enjoy them much. Not that it’s legal to drink, and she can be very much a goody two-shoes in that way.
She tries to be independent but with her chosen career that’s not going to happen without at least one extra job or some help from family. She does care deeply about photography and takes it a little too seriously sometimes. In addition, the fact that she does a lot of photography for weddings or wedding dresses has made her a bit of a hopeless romantic. [/ul]

ANYTHING ELSE: N/A.
HISTORY OVERVIEW: Emily was born in San Francisco, where her family lived in a fairly nice house. Her dad was slowly making more money, her mom doing fairly well too so they lived comfortably but tried not to blow it all. She always wanted a sibling but she never had one, because her parents were busy people and they didn’t want to add too much stress. Instead, she owned various dogs and cats all through her childhood.
In the eighth grade, she had begun to develop an interest in fashion. She had gotten tired of the jeans and t-shirts and was now starting to experiment with nicer things, although she tried not to blow a lot of her parents’ money on that. Entering high school, she also became interested in photography. She joined the photography club at her high school and her parents got her a camera for Christmas.
Over the next four years she really developed her skills, focusing mostly on digital cameras because that was all she had. Mostly she would do some kind of fashion photography, getting her friends to model. This motivated her to go to college for photography. She wants to start a wedding photography business and do model photoshoots as well.[/ul]

ROLEPLAY SAMPLE: Olivia felt her cheeks go pink and she stayed close to jasper as they wandered around the house. She had seen it hundreds of times in her life, some visits more interesting than others. This one was mostly anxiety-filled on her part, Carson would be wondering where she had gone off to. Although he could probably guess who with.
She knew he didn’t approve of them hanging out at all but Olivia was old enough to make her own decisions. Just a jealous boyfriend.
“Livvy, are you thinking about something?” he asked.
“Oh, I don’t know…just thinking about Carson. He’ll probably be in a bad mood, probably expects me to be working instead of out having fun. It’s not my fault he’s too lazy to get a job. But let’s have fun,” Olivia smiled.
“Hmm…Carly’s been keeping quite a tab on you lately, hasn’t he?”
“Sort of. But really, let’s just enjoy ourselves. I gotta admit, I do love this house. Even if jazz isn’t my thing. Next time we go to the art museum, right?”
Jasper nodded in agreement Olivia grabbed his hand, pulling him down the hallway. Her favorite place in the house was the living room, where they had a few pictures up on the walls. She loved to stare at them, think about who painted them and why. How the Armstrong’s found them. She loved to think about these things every time she saw a new painting, or even an old one.
“Do you ever look at a painting and wonder what inspired the person to paint it? Or where they were or what they were doing when they got the little idea for it, and how excited they were to paint it? I love that feeling when you get an idea and it’s just like…bam. And it’s in my head and I know exactly what I want to do with it,” she said softly.
The whole house was beautiful, really. Today it was making her want to go sit in her tiny studio, in a comfy chair and draw something. Maybe turn it into a painting, sell it for a few hundred dollars. Get groceries and pay the rent, tadaaa. Paint another one, get more groceries, pay the electricity bill, maybe a new paintbrush or some pencils.
And of course, all the while Carson would be sitting on his ass. Demanding a sandwich.[/ul]
